Additional Class Requirements:
All students wishing to participate in pointe are requred to take a ballet technique class. We believe ballet provides the basic technique for all dance forms and helps a dancer become technically proficient. Only teens may take jazz, tap, modern and hip hop without taking ballet.Classes begin and end on time and students need to be on time and dressed for class so that they can be properly warmed up to reduce the chance of injury. Unlike sports and gymnastics, dance seldom causes injury if taught correctly with proper warmup and technique applied.
